Repairing weatherstripping on the RV.

Damaged weatherstripping.

Yes, it is a defect in manufacturing. But is it worth taking into the dealer and waiting weeks for repairs? Not when I can easily fix it.

The problem is the door of the factory-installed refrigerator has been rubbing on the access door weatherstripping, which eventually damaged it. One option is to completely remove the weatherstripping, but another option is to simply glue it (providing you use the correct glue.

The glue fixed the damaged weatherstripping. It does create somewhat of a hard spot in the weatherstripping, so at some point, I may have to replace it.
